Before launching Yaffa Grace Co., I co-founded BlueGene Search, where I led talent acquisition for biotech, rare disease, and specialty pharma companies. I have worked alongside hiring managers, talent acquisition specialists, and industry leaders, providing a front-row view of what it takes to get noticed, secure interviews, and position yourself as the obvious choice for roles that offer greater impact, higher compensation, and career acceleration.

But I also saw a gap.

As a recruiter and talent advisor, I’ve seen qualified people get passed over, not because they lacked experience, but because they didn’t know how to position it.

The resume didn’t lead to interviews, the LinkedIn profile didn’t attract recruiters, and the interview didn’t land the offer.

It wasn’t a talent issue — it was a positioning issue.
